referring to the "getting started"
the second step :place you jdbc driver jar file in the lib dirctory
where to get the jdbc driver jar file????

It depends on the database you are using.
Most likely its vendor makes a jdbc-driver available.

the database i using is mysql
but i couldn't find the jdbc driver in the mysql directory
should i download one from the internet?

http://www.mysql.com/downloads/api-jdbc-stable.html

the tar.gz-archive contains the required .jar-file.
