I am trying to get the struts-hibernate example working, but there seems to be a problem with the Hibernate Plugin. Has anyone else seen this?
(I am using Tomcat 5 and SQL Server).

This is a FAQ.

Put ehcache.jar in your classpath. For that matter all the jars in the lib dir.
