I would like to know if it's better to define our SQL code in the mapping file (as of 2.1 beta5) or in the java code?

Which one's faster to read or access?
I'm being a little paranoid for speed.
Just curious.

Thanks.

The speed difference should be minimal, Hibernate caches the queries defined in the mapping file.
