Hello, everyone

Can anyone tell me that if it is possible to change the Hibernate Environment Settings DYNAMICLY? More specificly, can I change the dialect at the runtime? I hope I can control the hibernate properties at the very beginning so I can control the whole thing.
Most important is that some times when the system start, the application has not known where is and what is the database, I want to give him a UI page to let him to choose.

Thank you very much.

system-level settiong cannot be changed at runtime. But Dialect is not one of these. However you have to rebuild your configuration object and create a new sessionFactory after changing it.
