Hi all.

Is it possible to tune usage of outer join fetching for single query.
In my application I have different querying scenarios -
for example, when I select big list of objects, which are then renderend on web page it would be better to not use outer join fetching of related objects because of memory requirements.

On the other side, when I just load a single object it would be faster to use outer join and save a trip to database - because memory counsumption would be not a big deal.

Can I tune outer join usage on query-by-query basis,
or are there better strategies?
( Proxy use? )

set lazy=true and use join fetch (see section 9.3 of the reference guide).
Note that only one collection role can be fetched in a query
