I am a Hibernate newbie.
Has anyone tried Hibernate with FirebirdSQL (http://www.firebirdsql.org) ?
Any feedback is appreciated.

firebird is one of the supported platforms. note however that firebird had lots of bugs, last time I used it.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I did find some issues of Firebird mentioned on the mail-list archives.
Hope Firebird team will resolve these issues with its ver 1.5 release.
