Hi "Hibernate Team",

I am using Hibernate1.2. It's not the latest one, i know that. But the need is such like i have to stick to this version at this moment and the docs coming with the installation package is not upto the mark. It might be because I'm new to it. It would be great to see some more links to hibernate related docs in pdf or what-ever format.

As you can understand the effort is focusing on the v2.x branch rather than 1.x . In saying that, my view is that the documentation was/is rather good. In anycase, there is a learning curve involved. It is possible to relate a lot of the current documentation back to v1.x . As your not specific with your issues it hard to address your areas of concern though remember that this is voluntary. Your welcome to help improve the documentation. The web site has a community section that you may directly contribute to the project.
