Has anyone got a solution to this problem?

I'm trying to create something like this example from the docs:
Code:
select new Family(mother, mate, offspr)
from DomesticCat as mother
    join mother.mate as mate
    left join mother.kittens as offspr

But this tries to call a constructor like so Family(DomesticCat , DomesticCat , DomesticCat)

I would expect the third argument to be DomesticCat[] or something since the mother can have multiple kittens?

Am I misunderstanding something?
