Suppose following case:

Code:

Act -- Document nTOn
Act -- ActDocument nTO1
Document -- ActDocument nTO1

ReportDocument extends Document{
 @Field(index=Store.YES)
 private String content;
}

And persistence is like:

ActDocument ad = new ActDocument();
ad.setAct(act);
ad.setDocument(document);
dao.save(ad);

I want to have indexes contains reportDocument.content, how can I do?

Hi,

i really don't understand your description, but generally you use @IndexedEmbedded to index associated objects. Check the documentation for that.

Hi, Hardy.
Thank you for the reply.
I have made my problem solved using @IndexEmbedded(targetElement=ReportDocument.class).
In fact, my problem is that saving parent class doesn't index sub class's fields, and it was solved.
