Do I need to include the lgpl.txt from Hibernate when distributing application? The app got uses Hibernate Core and Hibernate EntityManager.

What if there are other non-Hibernate shared libraries that I used in my application which are also based on LGPL license, do I need to include another copy of the license comes with that libraries? the license filename maybe different (eg. license-XXX.txt but the contents is lgpl license contents.

Please advise.

yes you need to include the LGPL license with your distribution and make sure you clearly list which library is licensed with which version (keeping the license next to the library is the best approach).
