 Post subject: Validator on relation fails

Hello. I have a @NotNull annotation on the getter of a reference to another entity. (the relation is ManyToOne) The problem is that the validation is ignored completely. For all fields/attributes it works, but for references to other entities it doesn't. Has anyone ever encountered this? Thank you!
