Post subject: EJB3 Entity -> XML, node annotation?
PostPosted: Tue Sep 11, 2007 7:47 am
Hi,

If I use standard hibernate mapping files I have the option of including a "node" attribute against mapped values that allows me to control how hibernate writes out the persistent properties to xml...

Is there an equivalent annotation for the node attribute to use in an EJB3 Entity?

I have a number of EJB3 Entities and it would be very convenient if I can get some of them exported as xml.

Thanks,

Andy

Not yet, but if you're willing to contribute, hands are welcome :)

Fair enough, thanks for letting me know :)

I've no "theoretical" problem contributing, just the usual "practical" time constraints... (I still have some stuff around generating annotations for the tools project that I need to get kicked into shape from about 5 months ago!)

I'll take a look and will let you know how I get on.

Cheers,

Andy
