Hi,
Simple question, but causing me a little confusion. Suppose I am using Hibernate's FlushMode.MANAUAL setting. If I flush my EntityManager (i.e. entityManager.flush()) but do not commit the transaction, nothing is sent to the database.

This is what I am seeing when my EntityManager is configured to use a JTA source. Is this correct and is what I am seeing the same for all enviroments and different types of EntityManagers?

Many thanks
