a bad design?

The disadvantage in bidirectional is that you have to take care in the two directions and this is less intuitive to the developer.

Also, what is prefered using in assocaition table or - @join.

With join i cant add existing element to a collection and all the FK is in the table (ugly), but the disadvantage is that in bag it delete the asociation and than place them again and also i dont know what is better for performance.
