I had a question regarding how to read / look at annotated information in a class file at compile time ?

I have an annotated pojo called Person.
This is a shared class that is used by an other team. So I ship them the
class as part of a library..

I'm wondering how will the other team be able to read the annotated information from the supplied person class file ?
