For Hibernate, if my class member variable is called intName, is it compulsory for my getter and setter method to be getIntName, setIntName?

Or can i just use getName & setName?

Please advise.
Thank you.

Doesn't matter what the member variable is called. What matters is the property's name attribute. So give the property name="Name" and that'll work for you.
