What is the basic setup for doing a complete build of core and annotations? (files to download, directories, other dependencies such as JUnit, HSQLDB, minimum version of Ant)? I have downloaded Hibernate 3.2.0 CR2 and Annotations 3.2.0 CR1. I am trying to run the Ant script to build Annotations. So far I have discovered that I need to have Hibernate and Hibernate annotations in the same directory. Is there a document describing the build process?

Is it better to just do a SVN checkout? If so, what is the guest login password & name to use?
