 Post subject: Can I use Hibernate Annotations if I don't write EJB?

If I use Hibernate core but without writing EJB, can i still use Hibernate Annotations instead of using xdoclet tag?

yes. it is called hibernate-annotations, but look into jboss standalone ejb3.
