Upgrade hibernate manager in JBoss 4.0.3SP1

Hi there!

I use EJB3 with JBoss 4.0.3 SP1.

There are several bugs fixed in hibernate-entitymanager-3.1beta5. Can I update only this part of the JBoss version I've installed or I need to wait for the next JBoss version?

This should work i guess. No guaranty though. Be sure to replace h3.1 also

Yes, I tried to replace the following jars:

hibernate-entitymanager.jar
hibernate-annotations.jar
hibernate3.jar

with the new ones, but it fails... do I miss something?

I haven't try myself so it fails is a pretty vague description for me to help ;-)

Sorry, it was because of something else...

When I tested, I also put the javassist.jar. It looks that is the problem...

Now I left only the three jars and it works, thanks!
