@ManyToMany with data in the association table

I am sorry if advance, if my post is not properly formatted or my question was somewhere in the documentation (I wasn't able to found it).

I am using EJB3 with JBoss/Hibernate. I want to make a many-to-many relationship between two entities (say, Person and City) and store some additional data for that association in the association talbe (for examlpe, the last time a given Person has visited a given city). How could I do that?

Well, with classic Hibernate, you would create an entity to map the association table. Then it's really just two 1-to-many relationships. I would guess EJB3 would work the same way.
