Java "Type" annotation and hibernate annotations

Hi,

Some of the annotations, namely the Named(Native)Query/Named(Native)Queries have only @Target({TYPE}). Annotating this as @Target({TYPE,PACKAGE}) would allow to map the queries at package level (which is very desirable, specially when working with package-info.java mappings...).

Is it possible to map this for the following release?.
