We're migrating to Hibernate 3 and are planning to use Filters in our application. We have successfully tried using them using Annotations as suggested in the documentation.

In all the documentations, it is written that we can enable filters at the Session level but in our application we need to enable the filters at the Application level. I want to know if there is any way of enabling the filters by default at the application level.
