Hibernate version:3.0 [b]
[b]server:websphere 5.1[b]
[b] in Mapping documents:[b]

i put log4j.jar and log4j.properties in classpath!also i put these file in web-inf dir.
this is my log4j.properties:

but can't find file "hibernate.log" and log text in systemout.log
