Hibernate 3 FINAL release date

In our project we would like to migrate to Hibernate 3 version, but we are wondering when the final release of Hibernate 3 will come to light.

Does it have a scheduled date ? Or a time frame in which we should expect it ?

Hibernate 3.0 rc1 is out and available for download. There are a few minor bug according left for the final release. Word from Gavin is to try and push out the release early next week. So I think it is safe to say that using rc1 until then is ok as there are a few changes here and there.
