I have a spring mvc application .I need to integrate with hibernate elastic search engine for my search engine functionalities .right now only alpha versions are available.when will hibernate elastic search final release

Short answer: When it's done :)

Longer answer: The release of Beta 1 is imminent (you can expect it next week). While that's no Final yet, it will contain many, many changes and improvements we considered vital for the first proper release. Meaning, we are getting there. Beta 1 will be great for testing in your applications. So the more feedback we get from our users such as you out of this, the better.

I cannot give you a date for the Final, though.
