Hi, I'm getting a lot of these warnings
Unable to remove previous marker file in ...

There are several instances of the directory provider running so I have cases where
Code:
int oldIndex = current;

Is not really the old index since it has been modified by another instance.

Could you describe your setup in more detail? And maybe post your configuration files?
Do you use NFS to create a shared file system? There were other people reporting problems when using NFS.
