I'm looking at page 327 of HIA and it discusses making a call to newApplicationTx(); at the beginning of the application transaction.

There is just this this one reference in the book; I see no working example of this in the CaveatEmptor source code.

Is this recommendation obsolete?

If not, I'm looking for some additional clarification on when newApplicationTx() should be called.

Thanks!
