first of all congrats to that great book!! i really don't want to know how much time you've spend in writing it ... but it's good you've spend it ;)
after 2,5 weeks of waiting it's now in my arms and i've started reading it ...

And i've got a little 'wish' for 'version 2' ... ;)

The Chapter 'Writing your own UserType' could be a little more comprehensive ... it sems to make a big difference if you want to use your own (Custom)UserType as id-type or not ... (different Interfaces must be implemented) ...

perhaps a litlle graphic showing the dependencies and when to use which Type-Interface would be great ... otherwise the only way to deal with it, is to look in the source :)
