 Post subject: Can I generate hbm from table in Eclipse plugin?

I have configured Hibernate properties through its wizard in Eclipse. There is a mappting tab to ask me to add hbm files.

Does that mean I must have hbm files ready first before I can use tool in Eclipse? How can I generate hbm files from table in Eclipse's tool plug in? Thanks!

You can use the database as a starting point and reverse engineer from there - eg - create the HBMs and POJOs etc. Read about reverse engineering in the documents.
