Hi. I'm trying to use hibernate only for schema generation. The schema I have uses foreign keys to tables managed externally by a 3rd party project, so I can't just create mappings for those tables (or can I?). What would be the best way to create these constraints without affecting the 3rd party tables?

You mean you don't have the constraints specified in the db ?

then use <foreign-key in reveng.xml to specify additional constraints.
