can i have some classes in ejb3 mode and some in ordinary mode ???
in other word can i specify ejb3 for tables ???

not really....why would you want to do this ?

Would it not be enough to generate both versions and delete the one from the other output ?

hi max

ok good idea
but
my older files not generated in ejb3 mode but my new files must generated in ejb3 mode .
my problem is hibernate.cfg.xml
my hibernate.cfg.xml file contains the older configuration and i want to update it but hibernate tools delete my old configuration (<mapping resource="..."/> ) and replace new configuration

well, then don't generate the cfg.xml from the tools ;)
