Hibernate version: 3.0.5

Maybe this question must be made on xdoclet list, but, I want to know hibernate-module users' opinios. In my company we are thinking in use XDoclet, but we have some doubts: can I do any hibernate mapping construction using xdoclet? What are not supported mappings?

King regards

XDoclet has considerable support for HIbernate mappings - see XDoclet inline documentation. In addition, version 1.3.x (get from CVS if it has not been released as yet) has had a lot of work completed for Hibernate 3.x mappings. I am using XDoclet in one large project I am working on. XDoclet does include examples. There is also the XDoclet 2.x hiobernate plugin that also has execellent support for hibernate. You could also consider using JDK 5 with Hibernate 3.x using annotations as an alternative.

David, thanks for your reply. Some questions more, what's version of XDoclet are you using? Have you patched some feature?

Kind Regards

I am using XDoclet 1.2.3 as released for the project I referred to. Currently it is not patched. This project has not yet moved to H3.x but it will at which time a later version of XDoclet will be used. Obviously, I use CVS version (I am a commiter) for various jobs as required.
