 Post subject: select-before-update of subclass, schemaexport fails

Hibernate version: 2.1.6
DTD version: 2.0

I have defined attribute "select-before-update" for element "subclass". Schemaexport ant task fails with following error:

10:22:30 ERROR XMLHelper$ErrorLogger [main] Error parsing XML: /test/MappedClass.hbm.xml(30) Attribute "select-before-update" must be declared for element type "subclass".

DTD says that select-before-update is valid for subclass, but for some reason SchemaExport doesn't 'see' this attribute. Weird.

Any ideas?
