Im trying to use the schema export function to create a ddl.

Now I have downloaded the workshop_toolset_java example from the hibernate website and understand(i think) whats happening but when I try and run the schemaexport ant task i get
BUILD FAILED
C:\Documents and Settings\Aaron\Desktop\workshop_toolset_java\build.xml:114: Schema text failed: could not find file: \hibernate.cfg.xml

I have also tried 2 or 3 other sample codes available on the net which use slightly different build files to run schema export and I always get an error such as:

Schema text failed: net.sf.hibernate.MappingException: persistent class [some class] not found

This happens in the code I have written and in unmodified code which i Simply download unzip and try to use.

Now im not sure if I have stuffed something up in ant or installing hibernate or what but im hoping someone can help else I am not gonna have any hair left soon cause I will have pulled it all out.
