I am a newbie to this forum. I am currently working on a small POC at work where we are trying to generate a java object from an XSD and then map this object to backend DB using O/R mapping tools.

We are very interested in using HIBERNATE as the O/R mapping tool. However, we need a tool that helps generating the java objects from a given XSD. We evaluated Castor XML to do this, but there are some incompatibilities wrt the java object generated by Castor and Hibernate.

Are there any XSD to java object tools that Hibernate works well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably check Betwixt or that other project doing exactly the same on Jakarta.
