Why is it when I add an order-by attribute to a set in my mapping XML files hbm2java does not generate a SortedSet with a LinkedHashSet implementation?

I would assume that using an order-by should generate a LinkedHashSet and a sort attribute would generate a TreeHashSet.

One more problem, for <list> it generates the following code:
Collection<T> list = new ArrayList<T>();

Why does it use Collection as the static type? It should use List<T>.
