Hi,
I have some questions:
- can you connnect to the db using the mongo client?
- What's the user role?
- Are you using the latest OGM version?

That error usually mean that the password is wrong or that the user does not have enough privileges to access the database.
If you could tell me how you have created the user on the db I can try to replicate the issue.
