When will spec 1.2 complete?

Has the 1.2 spec started and when will it complete?
Especially looking for https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/BVAL-264 - will it be in 1.2 or a 1.1 revision update?

1.2 / 2.0 is planned somewhere along Java EE 8 which is not very well defined but for sure not before fall 2016.
That being said, your specific issue could be solved without a new spec cycle. We just need to release a 1.1.1 of Bean Validation's JAR.
