i am learning through a tutorial on you-tube in which author configured the hibernate in very different and with very few configuration but i cant find this example on any documentation or tutorial the author is arthur vin please tell me any tutorial which teaches hibernate in simple and structured manner so i can learn them easily

I think the "Getting Started Guide" in the documentation section of the hibernate web site might be a good starting point: http://www.hibernate.org/docs

Once you have got a grasp of it you can check the reference core documentation to find all the things you can do with hibernate.
