We ran SqlServer 2005's Database Tuning Engine against our NHibernate implementation, and a script with a number of multi-column indexes recommended. I'd like to deploy these indexes via our hbm mapping file. Sadly, it doesn't appear to support what I need: mutiple indexes on a single table which have shared columns.

Is there a way to add CREATE INDEX statements to my hbm file that can be run when the db schema is created?
