Hi,

How can we get specific columns data using n-hibernate.

Using IQuery I am getting the selected columns data. Following is my example code

IQuery qry = session.CreateQuery("Select cat.Categoryname from cat in class TestDBCat");
IList myCat = qry.List();

In this way I am getting the Categorynames only to “myCat” list from the “TestDBCat” table.
Here I have to create the query to get the selected columns.

Is there any way to get the specific columns data,without doing this Iquery.
Is it possible to get specific columns data with out query? If possible how can we do this?

Any help can be appreciated.
