Does anybody know if SysCache2 works with a linked server? We have a situation where we are accessing two databases, on different servers. So one approach I was considering was to use linked servers and a single session factory. I think this will work for all CRUD operations, but I have my doubts SysCache2 will work because it's so picky about the structure of the queries you use when defining the dependency. Anybody know or have some thoughts?
