I have trouble understanding lazy loading, pls help me with that

1.What is Lazy loading? I found wikipedia link, but I don't understand anything

2.Do I have to use Lazy loading when using NHibernate?

3.Why NHibernate has three types (Castle, LinFu, Spring)? Which one is best for what?
