 Post subject: Where is hbm2ddl.exe?

This is probably a FAQ, but where do I get hbm2ddl.exe (NHibernate 2.0.1 GA)?

It is neither in the binaries, nor in the source project. Am I supposed to write my own app that would call the SchemaExport class?

In the toolset guide (http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/nhibe ... guide.html) they helpfully offer to run java to invoke the tool. Needless to say, this is not possible, since there is no single .JAR file in the distribution :-)

Please advise.
