 Post subject: Force string[] back to string[]

Hi,

I've tryed to solve this problem at the german forum but there were no answeres, so I try here again.
My problem is a database wich was createt using NHibernate. For me I can only use sql to read the values. I know, that one value is an array of string, but (for sure) in the database it's varbinary. Now after reading via "select from" I can only cast it to a Byte-Array (byte[]). How can I get back to string[] without using NHibernate?
