Could someone explain how to generate some API docs please? I've got the latest nightly build and I can generate the documentation with Nant but I can't get Sandcastle to create some Help2 docs for the API (the TOCTitle attribute ends up being too long).

I am also looking for the NH 2.0 API documentation. Someone please post a link to it if available. Otherwise, please explain exactly how one can generate it from the sources (never done that before so haven't a clue).
