http://www.hibernate.org/343.html says:
Latest release: 1.2.1.GA

is that correct? I made some research and apparently there is a 2.0 release and it is not beta? Also when I click the link on the home page it gives me 2.0, so what is it?
I need to know what is the latest release (non beta).

It's 2.0.2. Project has been moved to http://nhforge.org.

I don't know, why they don't add a link there. Maybe some issues with the owner of the site. You can ask at http://nhforge.org/groups/nhusers/default.aspx.

What is the point of having two separate web sites?

Have a look at http://groups.google.com/group/nhibernate-development/browse_thread/thread/ce80bb4b5d7323d1/638ed7dd376c840c?lnk=gst&q=JBoss#.

Just my two cents, but, I like the old setup better. The current setup is quite confusing and things like the documentation are missing. None of the old versions of NHibernate are listed in the downloads section on sourceforge.net. Anyone who is used to the old system is going to go to nhibernate.org. They are going to see that the current version is still listed as 1.2. Someone can't update the link? It shouldn't be rocket science. I guess it's just RedHat playing politics. You have to love mergers. I noticed that there is a .rar file for documentation on the google site. Why put it in rar which is less supported than zip? Why isn't it on sourceforge with the binaries? Things don't seem very well organized to me.
