I have a set mapping that contains a composite element that references a link table that contains a composite key and one additional field. I am able to save an element if only one element has been added to the set, however, if I add more than 1 element to the set I get a duplicate entry for key 1. When in fact the pair of elements are different combine. One one of the key in the pair is the same. How can I solve this?

Paste your mapping file and code where you add two (or more) elements to the set.
