Hi,

I am trying to perform an update based on a non-primary key.

for eg: I have a table called Queue with columns:
id (primay key)
name
max_limit

I can do a Delete based on the queue.name by using a session.Delete(str) where str = "from Queue as queue where queue.Name='somename'.

however I am struggling to update a queue record based on the name column, for eg in case I need to update the max_limit column. The session.Update() does not take in a query string like session.Delete() does.

Can somebody please help me in this regard.

Regards,
Deepak
