Is there any way to fill a field only when it is request?

I have a table called Document, with colluns Description, and another field (called Document) that contains the blob that has the real document.

I need that the field that contains the real document only be charged when it requested.

Note: The lazy loading does not help, because it indicates that the class component must be charged when accesed.

This is referred to as 'lazy-properties' and is not yet a feature supported by NH.
